Scott McAfee is a 33-yr. old GIANT GOP IDIOT rookie judge who just graduated from law school - no criminal trial experience until now. McAfee is a member of the ultra-conservative Federalist Society, who do not believe in prosecuting Presidents, Supreme Court justices or Senators.

It is beyond outrageous that McAfee is creating unwarranted delay for an unwarranted cause of "arguing debunked voter fraud theories."

This is the same judge who so very wrongfully allowed Trump and his co-defendants a hearing on whether or not Fani Willis violated their due process rights based on 100% unfounded, bogus allegations. Rookie Judge McAfee has created more unnecessary delay for Trump than his lawyers.

A Fulton County judge will allow a co-defendant of Donald Trump in the Georgia election subversion case to continue his effort to access thousands of 2020 ballots to argue debunked voter fraud theories.
